continental : During this time of year very frequent watering is advised, even daily if the climate is very hot and dry; let’s try to keep the soil cool and damp. Irrigate every 0-1 weeks, during the evening or morning hours.

alpine : The Gaillardia should be watered regularly, to maintain the substratum slightly damp using 0,5 litres of water; if the climate is very hot and there are scarce precipitations it might be necessary to water every 1-2 weeks, or more often than that.

mediterranean : We suggest watering often, trying to keep the soil slightly damp with 2,5 litres of water, but avoiding excesses; the forming of water stagnations also harm those plants which love wetness, usually the frequency of watering is every 0-0 weeks.

Feed Gaillardia : Summer fertilizations should be regular, using a fertilizer for flowering plants, to mix to the irrigating water, every 10-15 days; it’s also possible to use a granular slow release fertilizer, with an action which lasts 3-4 months.
